TIME INC. has spent three years and more than $1 million on Mouth 2 Mouth, an in-your-face, graphically brash, celebrity-filled magazine for teen-agers that published its first trial issue yesterday.
She is the former co-host of Mouth 2 Mouth on WOOD (AM) with Scott Winters.
"There's no club like it - it's young and exquisite," said Angela Janklow Harrington, the editor in chief of Mouth 2 Mouth, a magazine for teen-agers.
He was eventually paired with radio veteran Michelle McKormick and the show was renamed Mouth 2 Mouth.
Mouth 2 Mouth, a magazine for teen-agers, published its first test issue in March.
Vickers co-wrote the Enrique Iglesias and Jennifer Lopez single "Mouth 2 Mouth" for Iglesias's reissue album Euphoria Reloaded.
The newest teen-age magazine, Mouth 2 Mouth, looks like Mad magazine crossed with National Lampoon and MTV.
And this month, the company will publish its second test issue of Mouth 2 Mouth, a magazine for teen-agers.
A Second Test Executives declined to discuss sales of the first test issue of Mouth 2 Mouth, although several people within the company said it was a disappointment.
Small wonder that new publications like Tell, Quake and Mouth 2 Mouth are rushing in to try to get their share of the advertising pie.
