"I may have my own ideas on that subject, as on other subjects," the witness replied.
"I was too embarrassed to open my mouth," the witness replied.
"Sticks and something that looked like an iron pipe," the witness replied.
"No," the witness replied as some jurors and spectators laughed.
"Yes," replied the witness, once personnel director of the agency, "but it would have been a lot easier if you knew someone."
"If he's speeding, yes, maybe he could do that," replied the witness.
"I was born to the occupation in Texas," replied the witness.
"When all the facts came out, yes, you are right, I did feel betrayed," the witness replied.
After a slight pause, the witness replied, "I had no positive knowledge to that effect."
The witness replied that they "in no way" influenced it.
