Transfer to a warm plate and rest for a couple of minutes.
Cook briefly on the second side and turn out onto a warm plate.
Remove to a warm plate, and turn the heat to medium.
To serve, place the pork on a warm plate for each serving.
Remove from the oven and set aside to rest on a warm plate for five minutes.
Turn out on to a warm plate and cut into quarters.
Cook a minute, and remove chicken to a warm plate.
To serve, spoon some of the sauce on each four warm plates.
Remove from the pan and set aside on a warm plate to rest.
Cook for 30 seconds and divide among 4 warm plates.
