The village was annexed by the City of Lethbridge in 1913.

The city grew in size, when between 1928 and 1934, several local settlements and villages were annexed.

In 1958 the adjacent village of Pasichna was annexed to the city.

In December 2001, the village was annexed as part of Zehdenick.

On the 1st September 2010 the village was annexed by Weißenfels.

In 1887 the village of Ola was annexed to the town.

The three villages were then annexed into the growing settlement of Dodgeville.

In 1954, several villages were annexed, including Denkow, which itself had once been a town.

In the next twenty years several villages were annexed to the growing city.

From 1938 to 1945 both the villages were annexed by Hungary.
