All vendors must agree to the following code of conduct:

Under the system, vendors agree to offer goods at a discount to club members, who would also be guaranteed a rebate on each purchase.

If an audit is to be undertaken, the vendor should agree the letter of instruction with the purchaser.

Where vendors cannot agree on where the problem lies, they will at least inform the customer in writing of the reason.
