I should now like to turn to the point of urgent debates.

The situation in Zimbabwe once again calls for an urgent debate.

This time should then either be used or given back for the topical and urgent debate.

That is not possible today, however, because we have limited ourselves to three topics in the urgent debate.

They really are not a matter for urgent debate.

There was a very constructive urgent debate on the situation in Zimbabwe.

However, we are not holding an urgent debate on prisons here.

Four weeks ago I felt strongly that we should have an urgent debate on this very subject.

We now come to the vote on topical and urgent debate.
