The town historian says there are no written records of what happened.

"There is nothing secret about it at all," said John Hammond, the town historian.

Anthony told us about the town historian from the library.

"We're looking for a man who is the town historian," Cally told her.

"Someone told us you were the town historian," Cally said.

The next year, the city magistrate appointed him to the academy as a town historian, a position he held until his death.

Gwen Acheson, the town historian, makes sure of that.

The town historian never heard from her again.

So any plans to celebrate may fall to town historians.
