The player begins the Tournament mode of the game with three lives.

If possible, the game software of each machine is put into tournament mode.

When you're ready to play for the record, switch to tournament mode.

Up to eight people can compete in the Tournament mode.

The game also features a Tournament mode where up to 32 players can compete against each other.

A port was also developed for the 32X system, which included an exclusive tournament mode.

In the tournament mode, 16 teams compete for a chance to win the national championship.

There is a special Tournament mode where two players can go one on one.

When one of those missions is completed it will appear in Tournament mode.
