I think it is important to remember that not all tenants need or want a home for life.

Often tenants themselves want more bedrooms, however tiny they are.

Elderly tenants want to get in, even though they already have three centers of their own.

"I can understand why the tenants don't want to talk," he said.

You'll find that tenants always want new, better and more.

"But the tenants didn't want us or anyone else as their landlord, and we sold the building to them at about our cost."

But the tenant wanted to do a background check first.

Stranger still, the tenants did not want to be moved out, driven on.

It's always been my experience that tenants don't want long term contracts.
