Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes or until chicken is done.
Turn down the heat and leave to simmer very gently for 25-30 minutes.
Simmer for 8-10 minutes until the tomatoes begin to break down.
Then turn the heat down and simmer gently for three to four minutes.
Cover and simmer for at least 20 minutes or until done.
Turn the fish over and simmer for 2 more minutes.
Bring to the boil, then simmer for about 20 minutes.
Reduce the heat and leave to simmer for five minutes.
Simmer for about 15 minutes, longer if you have the time.
Bring to a boil then turn down and simmer for two minutes.
