Why not a set of basic citizen rights followed the world over?

In 2004, amendments to certain rights of the president and citizens were made.

He said the government also needed to recognize the "environmental rights" of citizens.

"No just society can deny the right of its citizens to the health care they need," he said.

However, we must do so in a way that protects the rights of American citizens.

Yet, they are denied the rights of other lay citizens.

Thus, a fundamental right of European citizens is now at risk.

The government generally respected the human rights of its citizens.

"But we're going to stand up and support the right of citizens who want to walk the streets safely."

An achievement has been made with regard to the rights of citizens.
