Remove neck and giblets from inside the turkey, and discard or reserve for another use.
Remove giblets from turkey.
Remove giblets and neck from chicken; discard.
Remove giblets from pan and chop.
Remove giblets and neck from duck cavity and discard or reserve for another use.
Remove the necks, giblets and livers from ducks.
Remove and discard the neck and giblets.
When freezing whole chickens, remove and rinse giblets (if any) and pat dry with paper towels.
Remove giblets from turkey cavity; wash turkey, and season inside and out with salt and pepper.
Remove chicken, giblets and bones and set aside.
