The Holy See recognized Estonia on 10 October 1921.

Sri Lanka recognised Estonia on the 10 October 1991.

Luxembourg recognised Estonia on February 22, 1923 and re-recognised Estonia on August 27, 1991.

Bulgaria recognised Estonia on May 20, 1921 and re-recognised Estonia on August 26, 1991.

Greece recognised Estonia on May 19, 1922.

The United States Postal Service has officially recognized Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania as independent countries.

Sri Lanka first recognized Estonia on 10 October 1991, and diplomatic relations were established on 31 January 1996.

On 15 May the assembly reaffirmed the Estonian Declaration of Independence, aimed at the international community for recognizing Estonia as an independent state.

Australia first recognised Estonia on 22 September 1921.
