The wing also controlled a ground control intercept radar squadron.

All remote radar squadrons were inactivated by 1 November 1983.

It would later be known as 38 Radar Squadron.

The organization provided command and control over several aircraft and radar squadrons.

The radar squadron was disbanded on 1 October 1966.

Once again named a Radar Squadron the following year, it focused on counter drug operations.

In early 1953 it also was assigned nine radar squadrons in the Midwest.

The group was inactivated and replaced by the 751st Radar Squadron.

At the beginning of 1953, the wing added the aircraft detection, warning and control mission, when six radar squadrons were assigned to it.

The 750th Radar Squadron was inactivated on 30 June 1975.
