Pounds said that neither of them had any choice in the matter.

"Two pounds off the price for the extra risk," she said to the men.

"They're much more complicated than they used to be when all you would get was a single number," Pound said.

"If he was here, Pound would say they need to go back to kindergarten."

"They really didn't think this could happen to them," Pound said.

Pound said he was not surprised at the focus of the Mitchell report.

Pound said that his committee hopes to complete its work by the end of January.

Pound said that was when he suggested an independent testing agency.

"We asked for names and they didn't give them," Pound said.

Pound has said he will step down next year.
