Right now, both parties pretty much know the playing field.
The party knows there is a problem and they have to do something about it.
And the who's going to do it is not determined until a couple of days before either party knows.
If each party knew what the other should do, then conflict would be unlikely.
Most other parties simply do not know what would happen in an election.
All parties know what a final peace deal looks like.
Indeed, this period was considered as being one of the best the party ever knew.
However, these smaller parties knew that they really didn't stand a chance to win against the Congress.
As it stands now, neither party really knows much about the other.
The other party will not know, and for me I assume the best.
