In late 2004, 3rd Battalion was notified it would be participating in Operation Enduring Freedom.

From November 2006 through May 2007, CLB-15 once again participated in Operation Iraqi Freedom.

In 2003, the 3rd Battalion was called upon to participate in Operation Iraqi Freedom.
