A new lobby is to be carved out of the older buildings for use by the residents.

All of the commercial space at street level was reclaimed for a grand, new lobby.

The new lobby was huge, almost like the entrance of a suburban shopping mall.

But they figured that a new lobby would have no impact on anyone but those who actually used the building.

On the outside, they expressed this new lobby with a 50-foot-high metal and glass curtain wall.

There is a new lobby at this level, in a 17th-century panelled room.

The 9/10 and 11/12 buildings are connected through a new lobby.

"At the back of the building, there'll be a second entrance, with a new lobby," he explained.

In addition, a new lobby for the theater will be provided at the concourse level on 42d Street.

The 38-year-old building will get new systems and a new lobby.
