Indian Ringnecked Parakeet (P. k. manillensis) originates from the southern Indian Subcontinent and has feral and naturalized populations worldwide.
At least three naturalized populations of A. tuberosum have been located in Illinois.
Permanent streams have no native fish, but there are naturalized populations of trout including rare Paiute cutthroat trout which is protected from angling.
There also appears to be a naturalized population of Venus flytraps in northern Florida as well as an introduced population in western Washington.
Although mostly known only from cultivation, spontaneous (non-domesticated), escaped, and naturalized populations exist throughout the tropics and sub-tropics in and outside Asia.
Remember that only native and naturalized populations are mapped!
These naturalized populations persist in the absence of any common cultivation by people.
There is also a significant, naturalized population of Araucaria columnaris - "Cook's pine," on the island of Lanai, in Hawaii, USA.
Extinct in the Wild (EW) - Known only to survive in captivity, or as a naturalized population outside its historic range.
These naturalized populations persist despite the plant not being grown in gardens on a regular basis.
