Amir Adnan is widely credited with re-introducing the sherwani into modern fashion, and known as Pakistan's first international menswear label.

In 2006, he branched out his self-titled menswear label.

After studying textiles, he worked for some of fashion's finest, before going on to establish his own menswear label.

Beginning in furniture design, he launched his own menswear label in 1995.

He, further went to work with the Italian menswear label, Marzotto.

In September 2009 he started his menswear label Mr. Nils.

The attention allowed him to secure financial backing for a menswear label under his own name.

Ready-to-wear and their menswear label 'Monsieur' were to follow over the next five years.

He is the designer for his eponymous progressive menswear label, Asher Levine.

He graduated with a Distinction in 1999 and formed his eponymous menswear label immediately afterwards, subsequently also introducing womenswear.
