The member libraries share an integrated library system which allows cooperative borrowing.

There are 29 member libraries in the system with a total of 2,392,726 items circulated in 2008.

It also provides for the delivery of material requests between member libraries.

This membership allows for the sharing of resources between member libraries through a delivery service.

The member libraries within the cooperative are autonomous, with each one maintaining its own board, director and budget.
