In the view of many management experts, one of the biggest changes is that the new breed of production executives often looks at capital investments differently from other managers.
Now, I don't believe either of the have covered themselves in glory but the very fact that the FA looked at what was on offer from English managers and decided it was not good enough should be applauded.
