The Mbabane campus houses the Faculty of Health Sciences, established in 1996.

Together they housed the Medical Faculty with proper facilities for teaching, scientific research and practical laboratories.

The main campus(old campus) houses the administration buildings and the Faculty of Business Administration.

It houses the Faculty of Graduate Studies along with several support staff units including student affairs and internal audit units.

The Nagongera campus houses the Faculty of Science and Education.

The building housed the Faculty of Education until a new facility was completed in 1969, at the new main campus in the city's south end.

The building was declared a monument in 1984 and currently houses the Faculty of Law (building G5).

It houses the Faculty of Medicine and many medical research institutions.

It is a large building complex and houses the Faculty of Health Sciences.

It was constructed in 1602 as a retirement house and now houses the Faculty of Law.
