White Line Hotels Limited is a London-based hospitality group representing 42 hotels essentially in Europe across 16 countries.

"There is plenty of money available now for acquisitions, renovation and conversions," said Daniel H. Lesser, director of the hospitality group at Cushman & Wakefield.

Bharat Hotels Limited is India's largest privately owned hotel company and also the fastest growing hospitality group.

The hospitality group, with overall revenues of $2.3 billion, is the second biggest.

"He can tolerate an occasional failure, but not repeated failure and not lack of effort," said Mr. Bartels of the hospitality group.

The hospitality group, which owns brands like Ramada, Days Inn and Wyndham, has franchised those brands to 6,500 hotels.

The flagship in the hospitality group is the Dream Hotel.

It is owned by multinational hospitality group, Federal Hotels International which owns the Capitol Hotel nearby.

Peabody also is an owner of Mezze, Inc, a hospitality group consisting of three restaurants in Western Massachusetts.

The hotel carries the tag of "Luxury Collection"-one of the brands franchised from international hospitality group Starwood Hotels.
