A judge should rule from law and the Constitution.

Each level of government derives its powers from the interim Constitution.

"Congress and the president, like the courts, possess no power not derived from the Constitution."

But the press cannot expect from the Constitution any guarantee that it will succeed.

He even advocated the removal of those clauses from the Constitution.

This is just another pretext to change the subject from the Constitution.

However, this argument fails to find any support from the Constitution.

Congress cannot wrest the law from the Constitution which is its source.
