Yesterday Barnesandnoble.com shares fell by 62.5 cents, to $15.4375, well below the high of $26.625 they reached after the company's initial public offering last May.
Boeing's stock fell yesterday by 87.5 cents, to $52.875, after soaring $7.125 on Tuesday.
But Omnicom shares fell, too, by 26 cents, or 0.3 percent, to $80.44.
Crude oil for September delivery, however, fell by 84 cents a barrel yesterday, to $47.86.
The company's share price fell by 51 cents yesterday, to $22.74.
The sharpest drop came in the Midwest where the price fell by 3.22 cents, to $1.0068 a gallon.
On the Gulf Coast the price fell by 1.68 cents, to $1.0425.
And on the West Coast, it fell by 1.84 cents, to $1.1643.
On the Comex, silver for current delivery fell by 2.8 cents an ounce, to $5.227.
When Farmland entered the market, milk prices fell by 60 cents a gallon.
