All twin bedrooms have private facilities and most take a third bed.

"Is there no facility for taking care of such accidents, then?"

Medical facilities in other parts of New Jersey are taking note.

The officer shrugged and said, "We didn't have enough facilities to take care of our own wounded."

That is a problem because the facilities can take a long time to construct, usually 12 to 18 months.

"We just don't have the facilities to take care of children," he explains.

The new facilities took 10 years to be completed, due in part to the Argentine economic crisis between 1999 and 2002.
