He said employers see the review process as "their last chance to get a handle on health-care costs."
But it seems some employers are seeing the potential.
"They were too afraid that their employers would see them," she said.
In the end, my employers saw more of me on TV than they did at work.
An employer will see the degree and give the applicant a chance.
"Look for something that a new prospective employer would see as valuable," he said.
"Once the employers see the advantages, they usually stick with it."
Where employers did see value in work experience schemes, it had to do with information about career choices.
"Future employers will look at my credentials and see that I've done it all."
After all, his employer had seen to everything thus far.
