It is not the States that we want to support, however, but disadvantaged regions.

A mechanism is needed which will also boost prosperity in the most disadvantaged regions.

There is no disadvantaged region in Europe that has not been mentioned.

However, in disadvantaged regions it is almost impossible to get a fast Internet connection.

Many parts of it do not meet the needs of disadvantaged regions.

We also need to look closely at the social situation, which plays a major role in disadvantaged regions.

We should, instead, focus the major part of development on supporting the most underdeveloped and disadvantaged regions.

It continues to support projects in the economically disadvantaged regions.

However, I would like to see a bottom line which can give some sort of hope to the disadvantaged regions and the fishing communities.

Let me return now to the concentration of aid on the most disadvantaged regions.
