Abortion is now unconstiutional meaning that a two thirds majority is now required in parliament just to bring the issue up for discussion, power is now increasingly centralised and media freedoms etc are threatened albeit not completely curtailed.

Well meaning people who want to help out, passing on their knowledge would be curtailed or completely stopped.

However, when conditions do not meet specifications, reproduction may be completely curtailed.
