"Most of us never knew such a culture existed," he said.

The culture of a person exists inside that person and is available to other persons who are in contact with him/her.

It is not clear that both those cultures can exist in the same company, especially one that now has neither.

Although traditional culture still strongly exists, they are very welcoming to visitors.

"We have to understand that culture can exist without tainting it with political and personal interests."

But a different culture existed among many of those employed to oversee the young people's welfare.

Those cultures only exist because they are useful to the adherents at a particular time and place.

"No such culture exists any longer and hasn't existed for some time."

It is still unclear, however, how well the companies' different corporate cultures can exist under the same roof.

"I don't believe that culture of abuse existed in my command," he said.
