It started out as a modest arts and crafts sale held in Seven Oaks Park, during which the women also sold okra.

A crafts sale starts Saturday and runs through May 13.

Other activities will be a children's carnival, a crafts sale, a raffle, an auction and performances of country music.

Forty Christmas trees, including one decorated with music boxes, will be on display at the crafts sale that begins tomorrow and runs through Dec. 7.
