"You're not sure of the value equation or what consumers are going to pay," he said.
But now consumers have simply packed up and gone home.
"The consumer is going to expect to get all the features the other guys offer and a very good price," he said.
And consumers are going to have to change their habits.
Some consumers go further: they want a kitchen that looks like a living room.
But consumers are not going to accept services that offer only limited content.
The consumer is going to walk out having spent 10 to 15 percent less.
"But on the other hand there's no sign that consumers are going to heat up prices."
Too many consumers tend to say, "Didn't we go through this a few months ago?"
Whatever the reason, us consumers are not going to be happy.
