The size and potential of the corporate condominium market are hard to assess.

The condominium market has been slower to recover, but positive signs are present.

Both cities also had a bit of good luck: They were well positioned when the condominium market began to boom.

"We just had the worst attack in the history of the country, and the condominium market is stronger than it's ever been," he said.

IN some suburban regions, however, the condominium market is still troubled.

But the residential condominium market turned soft and the apartments were rented as office space.

The condominium market is doing well, he said, with 1,000 units built over the last five years.

Those apartments, which are the high end of the condominium market, now sell for about $120,000.

The condominium market in the county also seems energized.

The condominium market is much more limited, with only 42 units in three buildings.
