Two yellow cards shall lead to a disqualification "red card."
Those two yellow cards led to an automatic ejection before the game was 28 minutes old.
Every card thrown with the one led or played to the current trick.
It may always be used to trump a trick, even if its owner still holds cards of the suit led.
The first card led need not be a trump.
The rule works because the defender is known to have three and exactly three cards higher than the card led.
There is no trump; the highest card of the suit led wins each trick.
If no trump is played, the highest card of the suit led wins the trick.
A card led in turn cannot be taken up again.
If the leader have none of the suit named, the card led cannot be withdrawn.
