The new building that is planned to open in 2013-2014 will host the following institutes:

Over the years the building has hosted numerous activities.

Although used primarily for music, the building has also hosted drama performances and important lectures.

In 2001, the building hosted the G20 conference, a gathering of 20 finance ministers from around the world.

In addition to being a school, the building also hosted many community events, even after closing as a school.

The building has since then hosted a number of establishments, projects, and creative spaces.

Aside from its business activities, the building also hosted concerts and political meetings.

Since 2009, the building has hosted about 100 events, such as lectures and workshops.

The building has also hosted Hockey games and musical concerts.

After the closure of the school the building hosted the activities of several local groups.
