Heat 3 tablespoons of the oil in a skillet; when hot, add bread cubes and garlic.
Add the bread cubes and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
Toss the bread cubes with the butter and place them on a baking sheet.
Add bread cubes and toss until crisp, about 2 minutes.
Top with the turkey mixture and then another layer of bread cubes.
If bread cubes seem dry, add more cream and chicken broth.
Place over medium-high heat until bread cube added to oil browns in 1 minute.
Place the bread cubes in an 8-inch-square baking pan 2 inches deep.
Pour in egg mixture, making sure all bread cubes are covered.
Add the bread cubes and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
