Wasn't this whole school set up in order to find and train the best possible commanders?

"We're going to make him the best military commander in history."

I always thought the computer picked the best commander for any scenario based on student records.

And safe at the cost of the best commander we ever had?

The best commander in the world couldn't save this situation.

"Your admiral said that you're one of his best commanders."

We've sent out our best commanders, and they've all failed.

But of course he was one of our best commanders.

The best commander I've encountered here, or in the military.

But he was my best commander and I shall miss him.
