The bride is a senior vice president for strategic marketing in Manhattan at Sony Music Entertainment.

Her enthusiasm, along with the strength of that film, finally convinced the reigning powers at Sony Pictures Entertainment.

He was allowed to establish a compensation system at Sony Computer Entertainment tied far more to performance than elsewhere in the huge company.

A recent buyer said he was looking for television movies and listed an E-mail address at Sony Entertainment.

Executives at Sony Entertainment declined to be interviewed for this story.
