Eligible applicants must be foreign born and reside permanently in the U.S.
The applicant may reside in either rural or urban areas, but must be living under the poverty line.
To qualify, applicants must fall within the required income guidelines and reside in homes that they own.
Canada: Countries where applicants have resided for 6 months or more.
Ecuador: Country where applicants have principally resided during the last 5 years.
New Zealand: Countries where applicants have resided for 12 months or more.
The application must be turned in to the county in which the applicant resides.
It also includes a section on the constitution of the Federal State in which the applicant resides.
All applicants must reside within the local commuting area during the summer season, since there is no park housing available with this position.
Military service, the most likely problem to arise, is usually done in the country where the applicant resides at the time of conscription.
