Add the shrimp and cook for one to two minutes.
Lower the heat, add the shrimp and cook until done, about 1 minute.
Add the shrimp, cover with a lid and turn off the heat.
Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, about 3 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook for three minutes until they are firm to the touch.
Add the shrimp and cook for four minutes, until barely done.
Add shrimp and cook 8 to 10 minutes, depending on size.
Add shrimp back to pan and continue cooking for another five minutes.
Add the shrimp, mix well, cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook until just cooked through, about 5 minutes.
