She received numerous honors including the YWCA Woman of Achievement and she was inducted into the Iowa Women's Hall of Fame in 1999.

In 2002 she was honored with the YWCA Women of Achievement Award.

In March, 2011, in acknowledgement of her philanthropy, Moody was honored as a 2011 YWCA Woman of Influence.

YWCA Woman of Achievement Award (Riverside County, California)

In 2006, she was named YWCA Woman of the Year for her leadership on the School Board and in her community.

The following year, she performed at the YWCA Women of Distinction Awards and co-wrote and performed a song for the award winning short film, Charlie Noir.

Teichrob was the recipient of the YWCA Woman of the Year award in the Business category.
