In 2009, she published The Secret World of the Working Mother, looking at the experiences of women as they juggle work, home and childcare.

In 1933 she founded the Working Mothers Organisation in Tel Aviv, serving as its secretary until 1967.

Mason is the author of The Working Mother's Guide to Life, published in November 2002 by Random House.

The bill has been featured in "Working Mother" and "Parents" magazines.

She became a member of the Working Mothers Organisation, and also joined Mapai.

That same year she wrote The Secret World of the Working Mother, a book about finding the balance between working and being a mother.

The Working Mothers Forum of the Washington Women's Bar Association was in session.

She also wrote a monthly column called "Working Mother" in McCall's magazine from 1977-1987.

She received the Working Mother of the Year award in 2008.

In 2008, she was inaugurated into the Working Mother's Hall of Fame.
