Voters can vote for the Senate in one of two ways.

But they could not tell very well how any individual voter might vote.

Voters in this system may vote for no more than 12 candidates.

Voters may vote for up to 30% of the players on the ballot.

Voters in 30 of those 34 districts will vote on May 8.

And without strong motivation, she said, young voters will simply not vote.

They have a personal identification number to make sure voters do not vote more than once.

The voters also voted to have more studies to find an alternative site for the school.

Sometimes you just never can understand how and why the voters vote the way they do.

But a fundamental question remains: will the new voters vote?
