"Here you go," Van said and handed him his mask and gun.
"You can turn around," Van said and showed him a gun.
Van shook his head, but didn't say anything.
"Conditions are just about perfect right now," said Van Put.
"Or the whole universe disappears, us with it," Van said gloomily.
Van said don't worry; just take a look around you and try to remember what you see.
That's the best gift anyone's ever given me, especially now," Van said, his eyes and voice both warming.
"It's not as stupid an idea as it sounds," Van said, looking back over his shoulder.
"As Van says, I want to borrow you for a few hours."
