The excerpts were performed by Eric Bradley, Terry Hollis, Ms. Skaggs and Melissa Wynn to music mixed by Steven Harvey.

The dance is curated by Dana Manno, a Katherine Dunham dancer and Afro-Caribbean dance specialist; the choreographers include Cynthia Oliver, Terry Hollis, Andrea Woods and Eleo Pomare.

The first, "911," set to music from Richard Einhorn's "Maxwell Demon," offered an energetic display by Ian Butler, Marjorie Folkman, Terry Hollis and Carol Stone.
