That is on top of more than $200,000 donated by other family members, including the children of Stephen Green.

Stephen Green takes his squash game very seriously.

Stephen Green has been a major fund-raiser for his brother, asking other developers, real estate agents and construction companies to contribute to the campaign.

"In those buildings, it was the best way to compete with the sublet market," said Stephen Green, chairman.

Stephen Green was not only older, he was taller and more athletic.

"The difference really was generational, between the 50's and 60's," Stephen Green said.

Stephen Green said he did not know how much money he had raised for his brother.

Stephen Green said the company might bid on new city business, offering to house another agency.

Many who know Mark and Stephen Green defended the working relationship between the two.

With their parents both gone and no other siblings, there is no question, Stephen Green said, about his role.
