For the sliced sea scallops here, that should be about three minutes total.
The same went for sea scallops with spinach, a special that wasn't.
Whole sea scallops may take five minutes, but they can also be cut up for quicker cooking.
If sea scallops are used, cut them crosswise in half.
While it would be nice to have them back, at these prices I will stick to sea scallops, which are excellent in their own right.
If using large sea scallops, cut them in half.
Or, if sea scallops are used and they are very large, cut in half.
Top each with a sea scallop after 5 minutes.
Too long in the oven, however, roasted sea scallops were dry.
