As a Rotary Scholar, she attended the National Taiwan University, where she received a B.A. degree in foreign literature and language in 1959.

As a Rotary Scholar he attended Trinity College, Dublin and played on the school's basketball team.

In 1975 and 1976 he was a Rotary Scholar in Scotland at the University of St. Andrews.

The company was founded in 2011 by a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer and Rotary Ambassadorial Scholar with similar experiences in Africa.

He subsequently attended New College, Oxford as a Rotary Scholar.
