From 2010 the club has entered the women's and men's Head of the River Races too.
The club has won the Schools' Head of the River Race a record eleven times.
The Head of the River Race:
Several other important rowing races over the Championship Course also either start or finish at the stone, notably the Head of the River Race.
The Schools' Head of the River Race also forms one third of the prestigious rowing 'triple'.
The Club made their first visit to the Tideway in 1966 for Head of the River Race.
The race always takes place on the day following the Head of the River Race.

In 1954 he had all his trophies and medals melted down and made into a trophy for the Head of the River Race.
